Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Marghoob Dawakhana. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the item you received is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Expired at the time of receipt
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong product/variant)

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of Unani and herbal products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount offers

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued within 5-7 working days
  • The refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Exchange Policy

We may allow product exchange (subject to availability) in approved return cases. Exchange requests should be made at the time of return approval.

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product (if damaged)
